Hello,
I hope you’ve had an amazing kickoff to summer. For many, summers may become busier because it means the kids are home 24/7 now, and wow, we all know how that can be, lol.
We are entering a time when kids have sleepovers, grandparents watch the kids more, and family vacations occur.
But even though summer may get busier for some, I pray it is a blessed time for all!
Today, I wanted to talk about our amazing God.
To understand God, our King of Kings and Lord of Lords, you must first understand that it is about having a relationship with Him. It’s not a transactional thing. In fact, we bring nothing deserving to the King, and yet God brings everything for our salvation.
One of the verses I find comforting when reading is Psalms 91:1-2, which says, “He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the LORD, “He is my refuge and my fortress; My God, in Him I will trust.”
I love those words “My God.”
When I talk about my God or declare those words, it means He is above all. It means He is the center of all. But even greater, He is my all in all!
He is the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords, God almighty.
When you are faced with difficulties, problems, or areas you do not know the answer to, how do you deal with it?
You surrender to the fact that God is your ALL IN ALL. In Him, we put our hope. He is the fairest of 10,000; of intellectuals, He’s the smartest, and of Wisdom, He is all wisdom. Please hear me today, surrender to Him, and see that the Lord our God, King of Kings, is all you need!
