Last week, I shared a simple but urgent truth: we need an outbreak of the Holy Spirit—now. I meant it with every fiber of my being. But here’s what I want you to hear today:
Outbreak isn’t just about Sunday altars—it begins in the Monday decisions of your heart.
The Church is crying out for a move of God. But the Holy Spirit doesn’t just respond to crowds—He responds to hearts that make room. Personal revival is the spark that ignites corporate revival.
So, where does this outbreak begin?
It starts with you.
Below are three Spirit-driven priorities that open the door wide to divine disruption and fresh outpouring.
1. Abide in God’s Presence
“Seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness…” — Matthew 6:33
The Holy Spirit is not just an emotional rush.
He is a Person to be welcomed, honored, and obeyed.
When you neglect time in God’s presence, spiritual drift is inevitable. When you rush past the secret place, you unplug from the Source of your strength, your peace, and your power.
Before you face people, meet with God. Make the secret place your first place.
2. Walk in the Spirit, Not the Flesh
“Walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh.” — Galatians 5:16
Outbreak moments are often birthed in the small choices where you say no to your flesh and yes to the Spirit.
Compromise—no matter how subtle—silences the voice of the Spirit. But when you pause, pray, and obey, power flows.
Before every major move this week, pause and pray. Invite the Holy Spirit into your decisions.
3. Live With Eternal Purpose
“Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things.” — Colossians 3:2
The Holy Spirit always points us beyond the temporary and toward the eternal.
Revival changes how you live:
You stop living for comfort and start living for the Kingdom.
The greatest danger isn’t always blatant sin—it’s often spiritual numbness. When you live with eternal urgency, Heaven draws near.
Measure today’s actions by tomorrow’s eternity. What matters most in light of forever?
The outbreak isn’t just happening in church—it’s starting in you.
This week, I challenge you:
- Soak in His presence.
- Walk by the Spirit.
- Live for the things that last.
Let this be the chapter where revival becomes personal.
Don’t just schedule God in—surrender everything to Him.
