Where Would We Be Without Freedom?

Where would our country be without freedom? The world looks at Christians as if we are not free, but living under the dictatorship of a hard-to-please God. This could not be further from the truth; in Christ we have been set free!

Just like in the USA, not every American citizen had to fight for our country’s freedom. When a new baby is born in the United States, he or she does not have to go out and win their freedom, they just receive what those before them accomplished.

Accepting Christ is a similar notion, when you become a Christian you do not have to go and fight the devil to obtain freedom from sin. Jesus already won the keys to death and the grave (Revelation 1:18) and has declared you free from sin and righteous before God! Jesus has done His part, but as believers we still have an obligation; we must receive everything that Christ did for us to walk in the freedom of the Lord.

When Jesus was crucified He not only freed us from sin, He freed us from all sickness and disease, poverty, depression, and all oppression and bondage of the devil. If someone were to come and try to overthrow the American government and turn our country into a dictatorship, there is no way it would work!

Yet today, there are Christians walking around as defeated slaves letting the devil rule in their lives.

Galatians 5:1says, “So Christ has truly set us free. Now make sure that you stay free, and don’t get tied up again in slavery to the law.”

It is our responsibility to not only accept what Jesus did for us, but to stay free by reading the Bible and walking in the light of His Word.

This next week as we celebrate our country’s independence, remember the One who ultimately set you free and gave you your independence from every evil work of this world.

“Therefore if the Son makes you free, you shall be free indeed.” ~ John 8:36

Victory Reality

“But thanks be to God,

Who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.”

~ 1 Corinthians 15:57

The reality is that we are victorious!

No matter what battle we are facing right now, or will face in the future,

Jesus Christ has already won the victory for us!

All we have to do is let His victory become our reality.

Live in the reality of Christ’s victory!

Every battle you fight, every giant you face-

Christ has given you His victory!

You don’t have to live in sickness, grief, sorrow, anxiety, depression, lack, debt, sin or any other battle you are facing!

Christ handed you the keys to victory when you accepted Him into your life as your Lord and Savior!

Let go of the bondages in your life, and live free!

YOU are victorious through Christ!

Let that become our reality!

Have a victory reality!

Thinking A Better Life

“Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things. What you have learned and received and heard and seen in me—practice these things, and the God of peace will be with you.”

~ Philippians 4:8-9

One of the greatest defining factors to the quality of life we live is our own thought life.

Our thoughts have the power to influence our opinions of others.

Our thoughts have the power to influence our emotions.

Our thoughts have the power to influence what we say.

Our thoughts have the power to influence our attitudes

Our thoughts have the power to influence our actions.

Our thoughts have the power to influence our lives.

God wants us to have the best quality of life possible!

This starts with our own thought life!

The best way to keep your thoughts in check, and to maintain a healthy thought life,

is to renew your mind in the Word of God every day.

Start making the quality of your life better today!

Renew your mind- and fix your thoughts to whatever is true, honorable, just, pure, lovely, commendable, excellent, and worthy of praise.

Get in the Word of God!

Becoming Fluent in Faith

“We having the same spirit of faith, according as it is written, I believed, and therefore have I spoken; we also believe, and therefore speak”

~ 2 Corinthians 4:13

The way faith is activated is through your words.

God doesn’t speak the language of fear, doubt, or worry.

God speaks the language of faith!

In order to see your prayers manifest in your life, you’ve got to communicate with God in the language that he speaks!

Become fluent in faith – Change your language!

The best way to do this is to renew your mind, and aline your thoughts with the very words of God himself.

Get into His book, and learn what it means to live in and speak faith!

When you speak faith and according to The Word of God, you will see your words manifest!
