“Let all bitterness and wrath and anger and clamor and slander be put away from you, along with all malice. Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you.”

~ Ephesians 4:31-32

Some things are just not worth holding on to:

Bitterness, wrath, anger, regret, depression, worry, fear, anxiety…

So why is it that it’s so hard to let these things go?

Whatever it is you are holding on to today, drop it.

Let go of your bitterness.

Let go of your anger.

Let go of your fear.

Let go of your regret.

Let go of your worry.

Drop whatever feelings you are holding on to that contradict the love of God.

Drop the bondages that are keeping you from loving others.

God tells us in His Word to let go of all the bitterness and anger in our hearts.

God tells us to forgive, be kind to, and love one another.

By following what God’s will is for our lives and our relationships,

it allows Him to move in our lives and our relationships.

Trust God with your anger, your worry, and your fears and just drop them.

They aren’t worth holding onto.

They aren’t worth ruining relationships over.

Trust God!
