Dear Friend,
I need to share something that’s been weighing deeply on my heart.
Over the past few months, I’ve witnessed what I believe are powerful, undeniable moves of God. I’ve seen people hungry—not for hype, but for Him. The anointing of the Holy Spirit is falling. People are pressing in, not just here in the United States, but in places all over the world. There’s a longing to know God… not just in theory, but in power
But I’ve also felt the Holy Spirit whisper something else: “Let Me go deep, not just wide.”
What does that mean? It means while we’re crying out for revival—and we should—we can’t forget the other side of the Book of Acts. Yes, the Spirit was poured out like fire in Acts 2. But right after the fire fell, they devoted themselves to daily practices—teaching, prayer, breaking bread, real fellowship. (Acts 2:42)
The Holy Spirit didn’t just move. He built. He didn’t just stir hearts. He formed lives.
And I believe God wants to do that in you and me. Not just Sunday fire—but Monday faithfulness. Not just an altar call—but a lifestyle of obedience. Not just power—but daily power. I’m talking about the kind that carries you through a difficult diagnosis, a broken heart, a weary mind, or a news cycle that feels like too much.
Let me ask you a hard but honest question: In this season, are we depending more on God… or on government? Are we looking to the systems of man to fix what only the Spirit of God can heal?
What we need is a fresh outbreak of the Holy Spirit—in our churches, yes, but also in our homes, our hearts, and our hidden places.
I’m not writing this as a preacher today. I’m writing this as a brother. Someone who still kneels every day and whispers, “Holy Spirit, I need You more today than I ever have before.”
And you know what? He comes.
Let’s believe together—for fire and formation, power and devotion.
This is our Acts moment.
From my heart to yours,
Mikel
