HOW MUCH ARE YOU WORTH?

WHO and “WHAT” defines you?

In other words, “who and “what are you like in your moral, spiritual and intellectual nature?

WHO and WHAT do YOU thinkdefines you?

I want you to take a moment and think about it.

God’s Word says, “For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago.” Ephesians 2:10

GOD DEFINES YOU!

He outlined and expressed who you are from the beginning of creation.

No man, no job, no relationship, no friendship, no social media, will define who you are but Him.

Who can put a value on you when the Most High God made you?

You are valued because of who you are;
In the day that God created man, in His own image. Genesis 1:27

You are a child of God if you believe Jesus is the Christ and born of God; and whoever loves the Father loves the child born of Him.” I John 5:1

You are one with Christ, for He says,“I am the vine; you are the branches. Whoever abides in me and I in him, he it is that bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing.”John 15:5

You are valuable and worth more than you think!

A Letter from God…

This is something special to my heart, so I want to share it with you.

This is a letter from God your Father, to you…

“You may not know me, but I know everything about you, Psalm 139:1

I know when you sit down and when you rise up, Psalm 139:2

You are not a mistake, for all your days are written in my book, Psalm 139:15-16

You are fearfully and wonderfully made by me, Psalm 139:14

And it is my desire to lavish my love on you, 1 John 3:1

For I am your perfect Heavenly Father.” Matthew 5:48

Love, from beginning through eternity,

Your Lord & Savior, your King of Kings, your All-in-All, your One & Only Heavenly Father.

As I read this, I was in awe of God’s words that were written so beautifully. I hope you are as refreshed and exuberatedas I am, knowing that your everlasting Father knows and loves you, for who you are.

I encourage you to grasp everything you can from His words, and hold them close to your heart.

Are you FULL of Joy?

Life is full of Joy that you don’t want to take for granted, for it’s not like happiness where it is outward changes such as, circumstances, situations or environment.

Joy comes from an inward relationship with Christ and has to do with your heart.

If you live in “the what if’s” moments, you will never experience Joy. By the grace of God, Joy is a gift NOW and helps you to deal with today and move ahead with peace in all situations.

Joy is misunderstood, in that living day by day and expecting something “better” like a new job, new relationship, new car, hitting the lottery, etc.  When it’s not Joy at all you are searching for it is happiness in things. When you have Joy in Christ, your daily life is fulfilled, and your future will be promising in what God has for you.

Happiness can be a fleeting moment of carnality; Joy in Christ is living Joyful in no matter the circumstance now and forever.
When you are constantly looking for happiness you will never experience Joy.

It is impossible to have Joy without a relationship with Christ!

“So, don’t worry about tomorrow, or tomorrow will bring its own worries.
Today’s trouble is enough for today.” –
Matthew 6:34

Live your life to the fullness and best with Joy in Christ!

FORGIVENESS CAN BE DIFFICULT

Do you ever have a hard time forgiving when you’ve been wronged?

Forgiveness can be really difficult and complex. The reason for that is because most of the times you aren’t ready to let go of the pain, the hurt, the anger, or the trauma that it caused you. You feel like you deserve to be angry, therefore, you don’t want the situation to just end with a simple, sorry.

Let all bitterness and wrath and anger and clamor and slander be put away from you, along with all malice. Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you.” – Ephesians 4:31-32

It’s never too late to let it all go and recover from the situation. Forgiveness is more about you than the one who hurt you.

Sometimes, when someone hurts you…
It can make you feel worthless, like they didn’t care if it hurt you,
especially when you never got an apology, or they never ask for forgiveness.

Or the other way around…

You may be so hurt that you don’t feel they are worthy of your forgiveness.

You may even think, “Who am I to be forgiven when I can’t forgive?”

Remember this…. Jesus knows what first-hand what pain is. Even when He is Hurt, He says,

“You are forgiven; You are loved,

You are worthy & You are worthy of love.”
