Hello friend,

As I step into November, my heart is overwhelmed with gratitude.

This year has taught me a thing or two about the quiet strength of gratitude, truths that I felt were worth sharing with you today.

Through the ups and downs of this year, I’ve discovered some eye-opening lessons about what gratitude really looks like in everyday life.

I’ve learned that gratitude doesn’t ignore pain.

Better yet, gratitude invites God to step into it.

It opens a place for His love and power to be seen.

When Marsha stepped into Heaven, my world changed forever. There are mornings when the ache still feels fresh. Yet even then, I sense the gentle hand of Jesus lifting me again and again.

He has surrounded me with family who care, friends who pray, and partners in ministry who remind me that I’m not walking alone.

That kind of love is living proof that God keeps His promises and leads me without fail to an uplifting praise of gratitude to the Lord.

For He has been nothing but loving and faithful to me in every season.

I’ve also discovered that gratitude is born not in comfort, but in surrender.

It’s in the tears, not the triumphs, that “Thank You, Lord” becomes the doorway to peace.

Gratitude doesn’t erase pain, it redeems it. It turns weakness into worship and sorrow into strength.

This year, God has done some amazing things! Yet there have been moments that felt like a roller coaster. Still, God, without a shadow of a doubt, shows up in miraculous ways. In ways that never grow old, and in ways I never imagined.

In those moments, I whisper my own “Thank You.”Not just for the miracles I see, but for the miracle of still believing, still standing, still loving.

My friend, if you’re walking through a hard season, let gratitude be your companion.

It will shift your eyes from what’s missing to Who is present. And when you thank Him in the storm, Heaven moves in ways you could never orchestrate.

Paul said it best:

“In everything give thanks, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.” 1 Thessalonians 5:18

Gratitude may not change your circumstance overnight, but it will always change you.

Blessings,
Mike
