My dear family and friends,
Christmas is now only three days away, so it is only right to talk about such a beautiful day in history.
Below i’ve written a few thoughts about Christmas to share with you.
You see, Christmas is not gentle. It was God breaking into the dark.
Before angels sang. Before shepherds ran.
Before the world noticed, the Holy Spirit was already moving quietly and deliberately revealing Jesus.
Christmas was hope, hope that was born in hidden places.
The Spirit revealed Jesus in a place no one expected.
Nazareth was small. Mary was unknown.
Nothing about the setting seemed significant.
Yet heaven chose that moment to enter the world.
God still does His greatest work away from the spotlight. What looks insignificant to the world often becomes the stage for heaven’s most profound activity. Hope is usually forming long before it becomes visible.
If you’ve ever wondered whether God sees you in the quiet, hidden seasons, Christmas answers that question forever.
Nothing about Christmas was easy.
Joseph faced confusion. Mary carried mystery.
Yet the Holy Spirit strengthened their faith under pressure.
There were questions without answers and obedience without guarantees. Still, the Spirit kept pointing them forward.
Faith does not wait for clarity. Faith moves with trust.
Christmas reminds us that following God does not always mean understanding everything it means trusting the One who does.
Christmas was also light released into darkness.
Christmas was not a suggestion. It was a declaration.
Darkness would not win. Fear would not rule. Sin would not have the final word.
When Jesus entered the world, hope entered with Him.
Living hope. Unstoppable hope.
Hope that still breaks through today.
That same Holy Spirit is still revealing Jesus today, still forming hope, still creating momentum.
And when Jesus is revealed, everything changes.
This Christmas, may the Spirit open your eyes again.
May hope rise where it once felt impossible. May light invade every shadow.
Because Christmas proves this forever:
Where the Holy Spirit reveals Jesus, hope is born and momentum begins.
Blessings,
Mike
